Pese a que Madrid y Barcelona se llevan el gran peso de nuestras campañas, el 20% de nuestras llamadas se realizan fuera de los dos focos principales; por ejemplo Murcia, Zaragoza, Valencia o Galicia.

Nuestra manera de trabajar se adapta a las necesidades de nuestro cliente, por lo que no tenemos una única manera de enfocar las campañas. Nuestra herramienta principal es el teléfono, pues entendemos que a nivel empresarial todavía es la manera más eficaz de poder ofrecer servicios a los responsables adecuados en cada empresa. Así mismo, complementamos las llamadas telefónicas con los envíos de e-mails personalizados adjuntando información por si en ese momento no están dispuestos a concertar una visita comercial, una entrevista o reunión.

Hemos desarrollado un protocolo que nos permite identificar cuándo realizar la primera llamada, con qué persona debemos hablar y qué palabras debemos usar. Esto permite conseguir el objetivo que nos proponemos en cada llamada: concertar una cita (solicitar una visita comercial) con la persona adecuada.
