Es fan uns quants plans per cercar clients. Un parell dExcels, un Power Point i tornada a la normalitat, a veure si se soluciona sol. I de vegades funciona, de vegades se soluciona sol.   <\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 quan portes un parell o tres d&#8217;alertes vermelles i no s&#8217;ha solucionat sol, toca comen\u00e7ar a fer alguna cosa, no nom\u00e9s a pensar en alguna cosa. I una cosa que ha funcionat tota la vida \u00e9s una cosa tan senzilla com: <\/p>\n<p>Agafar un llistat de clients potencials i trucar-los.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 no durant un mat\u00ed i despr\u00e9s em poso a fer altres coses.<\/p>\n<p>Fer-ho cada dia.<\/p>\n<p>Simplement necessites 2 coses:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>El llistat de clients potencials<\/li>\n<li>Saber qu\u00e8 dir quan et contesten<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 intentarem entrar una mica m\u00e9s en detall en aquests dos punts de l&#8217;Outbound Sales <a href=\"https:\/\/comadi.es\/que-es-outbound-sales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s Outbound Sales?)<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>1. El llistat de clients potencials<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pregunta<\/strong> : Qui s\u00f3n els teus clients potencials?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resposta habitual<\/strong> : El meu servei serveix per a totes les empreses<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusi\u00f3<\/strong> : Mentida<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soluci\u00f3<\/strong> : Mira qui s\u00f3n els 5 clients m\u00e9s rendibles de la teva empresa i analitza com s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<h3>Segmentaci\u00f3 <em>soft:<\/em><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Zona geogr\u00e0fica<\/li>\n<li>Facturaci\u00f3 anual<\/li>\n<li>Nombre d&#8217;empleats<\/li>\n<li>Sector d&#8217;activitat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Segmentaci\u00f3 <em>hard<\/em> (exemples) <em>:<\/em><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Molts ordinadors<\/li>\n<li>Molts comercials<\/li>\n<li>Pocs clients<\/li>\n<li>Amb plantes de producci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Tiquets de venda alts<\/li>\n<li>Moltes factures<\/li>\n<li>Molta inversi\u00f3 en publicitat<\/li>\n<li>Etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un cop tens clara la segmentaci\u00f3, busques el llistat a trav\u00e9s de diferents fonts fiables. Aquesta primera part \u00e9s clau per poder <a href=\"https:\/\/comadi.es\/generacion-leads\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">generar leads qualificats<\/a> . I per descomptat tot ordenadet al teu <a href=\"https:\/\/comadi.es\/los-8-mejores-crm-b2b-para-empresas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CRM, sigui quin sigui<\/a> .  <\/p>\n<h2>2. Saber qu\u00e8 dir quan et contesten<\/h2>\n<p>En 1 hora de trucades podr\u00e0s parlar amb 1 o 2 interlocutors m\u00e9s o menys. Hi haur\u00e0 hores que no parlar\u00e0s amb ning\u00fa i hores que parlar\u00e0s amb 4. En funci\u00f3 de si tens el nom de la persona i de la mida de l&#8217;empresa, et costar\u00e0 m\u00e9s o menys.  <\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 significa que cada vegada que <a href=\"https:\/\/comadi.es\/importancia-dialogo-comercial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">parles amb un interlocutor<\/a> , has de tenir molt clar qu\u00e8 dir. Perqu\u00e8, a m\u00e9s, aquesta persona no est\u00e0 esperant la teva trucada i no t\u00e9 temps per a tu. Si no captes la seva atenci\u00f3 en els primers 15 segons, ho perdr\u00e0s. I si no mantens l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al primer minut, tamb\u00e9 ho perdr\u00e0s. ( <a href=\"https:\/\/comadi.es\/frases-funcionan-elevator-pitch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Frases que funcionen per al teu Elevator Pitch<\/a> )<\/p>\n<p>Objectius:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Captar l\u00b4atenci\u00f3 en els primers 15 segons perqu\u00e8 ens deixi 2-3 minuts<\/li>\n<li>Assegurar-nos que \u00e9s un client potencial<\/li>\n<li>Que entengui com us podem ajudar<\/li>\n<li>Obtenir una mica de la trucada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Com captar latenci\u00f3 en els primers 15 segons<\/h3>\n<p><em>Hola qu\u00e8 tal? Segumund? S\u00f3c Borja de l&#8217;empresa Comadi, he vist que ets la persona encarregada de les vendes a Pl\u00e1sticos Garc\u00eda, no? Genial. Mira a Comadi ens dediquem a generar reunions de vendes a trav\u00e9s de prospecci\u00f3 comercial. Actualment, teniu algun perfil comercial a l&#8217;empresa que s&#8217;hi dediqui?     <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Aspectes clau:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assegurar-nos que parlem amb qui toca<\/li>\n<li>Molt breu presentaci\u00f3 de qu\u00e8 fem<\/li>\n<li>Pregunta per analitzar el seu cas i entaular un di\u00e0leg (no un mon\u00f2leg)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Assegurar-nos que \u00e9s un client potencial<\/h3>\n<p>En aquesta part de la conversa hem de fer la pregunta (o preguntes) clau per assegurar-nos que l&#8217;empresa que truquem pot ser el nostre client. Per exemple: <em>\u201cA Pl\u00e1sticos Garc\u00eda teniu molts clients potencials i el vostre tiquet mitj\u00e0 \u00e9s alt, no?\u201d<\/em> <\/p>\n<p>Una resposta negativa ens estalvia temps de parlar amb alg\u00fa que no \u00e9s el nostre <em>target<\/em> .<\/p>\n<h3>Que entengui com us podem ajudar<\/h3>\n<p>No volem ser gaire gen\u00e8rics per\u00f2 tampoc gaire concrets. D&#8217;una banda, volem que vegin que en coneixem la problem\u00e0tica i que no venem res que val per a tothom. Ells s\u00f3n especials.  <\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 per altra banda, tampoc volem entrar gaire al detall en una primera trucada. No ens en donar\u00e0 temps i no \u00e9s l&#8217;objectiu ara mateix. Si ho hem fet b\u00e9 fins aqu\u00ed, potser ens deixen parlar dos minuts. El temps \u00e9s bitcoi&#8230; or, el temps \u00e9s or.   <\/p>\n<p>Exemple:<\/p>\n<p><em>A Comadi el que fem \u00e9s ajudar els comercials a ser m\u00e9s eficients amb el seu temps. Els fem la feina dura i repetitiva de fer moltes trucades, intentar aconseguir parlar amb interlocutors, enviar molts emails, concertar reunions, etc. Aix\u00f2 no sol agradar als comercials per\u00f2 que no per aix\u00f2 s&#8217;ha de deixar de fer.  <\/em><\/p>\n<p>No volem fer un tiki-taka etern a l&#8217;estil Guardiola perqu\u00e8 despr\u00e9s vingui Benzema i ens digui que no li interessa.<\/p>\n<h3>Obtenir una mica de la trucada<\/h3>\n<p>Hem de tenir clar lobjectiu. Que hi hagi una propera vegada. No volem vendre el nostre producte a la primera trucada.
